Wall Mounted Transformers keep falling out.

Q: The wall mounted transformer for the PERS-2400 and PERS-3600 consoles is heavy, and sometimes falls out of the wall (especially in older homes.) What options can Linear suggest to address this?

A: The product includes a tab (required by UL) for screwing the transformer into standard wall sockets. UL actually suggests replacing decora style wall sockets to standard, to allow for proper installation.

Application note:
Many PERS providers instead recommend a short extension cord to address this issue.
