PERS and older customers

Q: Our PERS subscribers are typically 70-80 years old, and they don’t always remember to test the products as we recommend for them to. What options are available to make sure the equipment is operational?
A: See Technical Bulletin #2009-001, addressing importance of system testing for pendant reliability, auto-test and supervisory reporting.
