I can’t open my downloaded installer program

If you have downloaded Hub Manager® Pro7 and notice it downloaded as an .ex_ extension you will need to rename the extension to .exe.

The reason we have done this in the download is simply due to the convenience of the customer as most virus scan applications will not permit you to download an .exe file.

To rename the file follow these instructions:
  1. Click on the file with your right mouse button. This will open the sub-menu.
  2. Choose "Rename". This will highlight the entire file name.
  3. Press the "End" key on your keyboard. This will position your cursor at the end of the file name.
  4. Press the "Backspace" key on your keyboard once this will remove the underscore from the file name.
  5. Press the "e" key on your keyboard to add the letter e to the file name.
  6. Press "Enter" on your keyboard to save your changes.
