My Vacuum won’t shut off

Press and hold the "reset button" for 7 seconds. If it still does not want to shut off, try unplugging the main canister and then plugging it back into the wall.

If the unit still does not want to shut off, you may need to contact a local dealer and ask them to service your unit. For a list of local dealers, please visit our website at http://www.nortekcontrol.com/locator/.

If you have additional questions regarding your unit, please feel free to email us at vacuum@linearcorp.com or call us at 800-421-1587 and follow the prompts to Technical Services for the central vacuum systems.
