Can I get my PERS to call my telephone?

No, the PERS system can’t dial out like a traditional phone to make a 2-way voice call - but it can be configured to answer an incoming phone call.
Linear PERS-2400 and PERS-3600 systems are designed to dial out to call centers (standard alarm industry receivers, configured to handle calls with 4x2 or Ademco Contact ID formats).
Once the report is received by the call center, programming options are available to forward that call to a live operator for 2-way voice.
